Fusion Growth Partners is an investor and business incubator for ambitious residential real estate agents to help them dramatically increase their business growth. We actually invest into these small businesses—significant resources and capital to help them grow their profits and sales.

Being a residential real estate agent and producing a consistent income is really a difficult endeavor because agents have to do everything on their own and most of them have very little business training or understanding on how to grow a big business. Fusion provides staff, business plans, marketing specialists, marketing capital, team building, and much more. We invest all of this also without taking any ownership of the business.

What we are able to achieve for your clients – is a machine that produces a regular flow of business that compounds month over month and year over year.

Our Mission

When we partner with someone – we take them out of the chaos of a solopreneur, from a person that has to DO everything – which means a lot of business elements are done poorly or not at all – to a person who has a team and capital. People’s lives change, their health gets better, their relationships improve, and most importantly that is because their income becomes more predictable and increases over time dramatically.

Our Process

We build lists of qualified people who we might be willing to invest in – we then reach out directly and set a meeting to show them how we invest. Once we have gone through our investment explanation, if they are interested and we are interested we set a follow up meeting to try and work through financial terms to “make a deal” so to speak.

Once we make an investment, we provide sophisticated business planning, we build out individualized business systems and processes, then use our trained staff to run those systems, and also provide thousands of dollars in marketing capital.

The real estate owner pays nothing up front; it is an investment from Fusion into their business. We earn our compensation from a small percentage of their future business. As far as we know, we are the only company in the country that that currently offers these services.

Our Ideal Candidate

Our ideal candidate is a hard‑working, polished professional with grit and determination who has experience in creating appointments, networking, and is an excellent presenter, but most importantly has the ability create conversations.

The product often sells itself when it is presented correctly, and the sales person’s skills are needed to help a prospect determine to close on a sale versus waiting until next month or next quarter etc.

Job Description

If you are a successful candidate we would hire you to manage the territory and to become an evangelist of our company and our business building investments. You would call directly on Real Estate offices to meet with Brokers and Agents. You would also meet with other professionals to sell services to Brokers and Agents to network and build referral relationships to help you open doors and increase your network effect.

You must present very well, be highly professional and great at having conversations. You must be a person who LIKES talking to people and can do so with purpose.
