Kirby Bates Associates , a nationally recognized healthcare leadership firm, is currently seeking an Interim Director of Finance for a prestigious healthcare organization in Indiana .

Position Overview:

This role requires a fast‑paced, hands‑on individual who can actively perform tasks. Reporting to the interim Director will be 3 decision support analysts and a new manager. The director will be responsible for reporting, auditing, month/year‑end close, DISH, payroll, accounts payable, contracting, and other operational tasks.

Key Qualifications:

• MBA or CPA degree required.
• 5-7 years’ healthcare experience required.

Our leaders receive an attractive compensation package including housing, transportation, and regular travel home.

The final pay rate is determined by experience, expertise, and education.
