Your New Role

At moments of change and growth, financial leadership defines what’s possible next. This healthcare organization is ready to add a Director of Finance who can guide strategy, strengthen infrastructure, and serve as a key member of the Executive Leadership Team and a trusted partner to the CEO.

In this role, you’ll lead the full spectrum of financial operations while advising executive leadership and the Board on performance, risk, and opportunity. You’ll oversee accounting and payroll, manage key external vendor relationships, and ensure accurate and timely quarterly and annual closes. Precision is essential. You’ll drive forecasting and budgeting processes, lead annual audits, and ensure full compliance with GAAP and healthcare regulatory requirements.

Success in this role requires analytical depth, executive presence, and the ability to turn complex financial data into clear, confident direction. Experience supporting corporate acquisitions and integrations will be highly valued.

This is a fully in-office position based in NW Portland, with occasional travel to clinic sites throughout Oregon and Washington — and an opportunity to shape the financial future of a mission-driven healthcare organization.
