  • Proven experience in a Director‑level or senior finance leadership role within a large, complex organization ($1B+ revenue preferred)
  • Deep expertise in financial modeling, valuation methodologies (DCF, LBO, comparable analysis), and capital markets
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex financial concepts for executive and board audiences
  • Strong leadership presence with demonstrated ability to build, inspire, and develop high‑performing teams

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required; MBA or CPA/CFA strongly preferred

What Sets You Apart

  • You thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and can manage multiple high‑priority projects simultaneously
  • You bring a commercial mindset — connecting financial insights to business strategy and operational execution
  • You are a collaborative, influential leader who builds strong relationships at all levels of an organization
  • You have a bias for action and a continuous improvement mindset
