Real Estate Finance Associate

Overview

We are working on an opportunity for an international firm that has an immediate need for a real estate candidate in Boston, MA. The associate will work directly with the partner, get extensive hands-on experience and strong mentorship. The work involves both borrower and lender side transactions throughout the United States. Projects include office building, multi-family, hotel, industrial, condominium, and land deals.

Base pay range

$235,000.00/yr - $390,000.00/yr

Compensation range is $235,000 to $390,000 based on experience and class year.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with the partner with extensive hands-on experience and mentorship.
• Handle both borrower and lender side real estate transactions across the United States.
• Projects include office buildings, multi-family, hotel, industrial, condominium, and land deals.

Qualifications

• 2 to 6 years of experience in real estate
• Borrower and/or lender experience
• Finance candidates with a strong interest in real estate encouraged to apply
