Ballard Spahr LLP, an AmLaw 100 firm with more than 750 lawyers in 18 offices across the U.S., seeks an Associate to join the Real Estate Department in Washington, D.C.

Responsibilities

  • 1-4 years of commercial real estate experience
  • Recent transactional experience
  • Active bar license in DC, Maryland, and/or Virginia
  • Distinguished academic credentials and excellent communication skills
  • Relevant real estate experience such as acquisitions, dispositions, development, leasing, mixed-use, condominium, multifamily development and regulatory matters (e.g., TOPA, ROFRs, rent control)

Qualifications

  • Commercial real estate experience 1-4 years
  • Transactional experience
  • Bar license DC, Maryland, Virginia
  • Academic credentials
  • Communication skills
  • Real estate experience (acquisitions, dispositions, etc.)

Salary

Expected to be $215,000 to $250,000 depending on experience.
