Our client is a $100bn AUM asset manager that is looking to add a VP to their Private Credit Asset Allocation team. The role will sit on a small team and play an impactful role on researching and underwriting private credit fund investments. You will also be responsible for mentoring jr team members, overseeing their work and developing them professionally. Qualifications

• At least 6 years within private markets asset allocation, manager selection, manager research etc. with a specific focus on private credit funds
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong ability and interest in developing and maintaining external relationships, partnerships etc.
• Experience leading and mentoring jr investment professionals

Desired Skills and Experience

Experienced investment professional with 6+years of experience in private credit, fund investing, and financial analysis. Skilled in sourcing and evaluating opportunities, leading due diligence, modeling performance, and preparing investment materials. Adept at partner engagement, market research, negotiating terms, and managing portfolios. Detail‑oriented, collaborative, and able to manage complex projects across cross‑functional teams in fast‑paced environments.
