Private Equity–Backed Healthcare Services Company

We are partnering with a high‑growth, private equity–backed healthcare services organization seeking a Director of Finance to lead Operational Finance and Corporate FP&A. This role will work closely with senior leadership to drive financial strategy, performance management, and long‑term planning across the business.

This is an excellent opportunity for a strategic, analytical finance leader with a background in private equity, investment banking, or consulting who enjoys building processes, improving KPIs, and influencing business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range financial planning
• Drive monthly operating reviews and performance analysis
• Partner with operational leaders to provide data‑driven insights and decision support
• Build financial models for strategic initiatives and investments
• Prepare board‑level presentations and executive reporting
• Mentor and develop members of the finance team
• Support financial systems and process improvements

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of finance experience
• Background in private equity, investment banking, or consulting strongly preferred
• Strong FP&A and financial modeling experience
• Advanced Excel skills required; experience with Power BI, SQL, or financial planning systems is a plus
