We are a prestigious Upper East Side lifestyle company (East 70’s) specializing in high-end fashion, designer handbags, shoes, accessories, and premium skincare and makeup . We are seeking a driven, sophisticated professional to join our team as a Part-Time Sales & Director of Operations , working onsite, someone ready to sell with passion and run the business as if it were their own .

Your Role:

  • Deliver exceptional, personalized experiences to our discerning clientele
  • Drive sales of luxury fashion labels, accessories, skincare, and makeup with confidence and style
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, from inventory management to merchandising to client relations
  • Execute brand strategy and ensure the business operates seamlessly and profitably
  • Shipping Merchandise To The Clients

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

  • Has proven experience in luxury retail, fashion, or beauty sales
  • Can think and act like an owner , managing operations with responsibility and care
  • Is polished, professional, and highly personable
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, upscale environment while delivering impeccable customer service
  • Possesses excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills

Compensation:

  • Hourly wage plus commission —earnings grow with your sales performance
