Overview We’re looking for a Senior Visual Designer to join our NYC-based design agency and help craft visually striking, thoughtfully executed digital experiences. This role is for a designer who sweats the details, thinks conceptually, and knows how to translate brand and product strategy into beautiful, effective design. You’ll collaborate closely with creative directors, product designers, strategists, and engineers to bring client work to life across digital platforms—owning visual systems from concept through execution. Responsibilities Lead visual design across digital products, marketing sites, and brand experiences Develop and evolve visual systems, design languages, and UI patterns Translate brand strategy into compelling visual narratives Partner with UX, product, and engineering teams to ensure design quality through build Present work clearly and confidently to internal teams and clients Maintain high craft standards while balancing timelines and feedback Mentor and provide guidance to mid-level designers as needed What We’re Looking For 6–8+ years of visual design experience, ideally within a design or digital agency A strong portfolio showcasing digital-first work (web, product, brand systems) Expert-level skills in Figma (and Adobe Creative Suite as needed) Strong typography, layout, color, and composition instincts Comfort working across multiple projects and clients Clear communicator with strong presentation skills Nice to Have Experience working with product teams and design systems Motion, interaction, or prototyping experience Familiarity with accessibility best practices Experience collaborating with engineers during implementation Why Join Us Work on high-impact projects with well-known brands Collaborate with a smart, kind, and highly creative team Hybrid work model in NYC Competitive salary, benefits, and growth opportunities A culture that values craft, curiosity, and thoughtful design #J-18808-Ljbffr
