
Transaction Coordinator

About the Role:
As a CBRE Transaction Management Coordinator, you will support the real estate transaction management team, providing crucial support for our major telecommunications client's investment in Alternative Distribution channels.
What You'll Do:
Impact through clearly defined duties, methods, and tasks are described in detail.
Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance.
Collaborate on new products, processes, standards, and/or operational plans in support of achieving functional goals.
Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities, ensuring alignment with the client's Distribution Initiative goals.
Establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff. Set and track staff and department deadlines. Mentor and coach as needed.
Exchange straightforward information, ask questions, and check for understanding
Administer quality assurance program, customer satisfaction surveys, key performance indicators, and transaction scorecards.
Build and produce client facing site submittals that include property information materials. This includes the design of flyers, property brochures, and proposals. Develop comparable market analyses and targeted mailing lists.
Maintain and update database systems.
Collect and analyze data to identify and address sophisticated problems. May recommend new techniques.
Suggest improvements to processes to increase the efficiency of the team objectives.
Assess and communicate difficult content in a concise and logical way. Identify and respond to conflicting demands.
Comprehend instructions, communications, and memos and ask questions to ensure comprehension, write routine reports and correspondence.
What You'll Need:
High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience.
Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
Basic math skills. Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups.

Experience with MS Office with intermediate knowledge of Word and Excel

Detail-oriented and self-motivated
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong written and oral communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Familiarity with Argus, Salesforce and Tableau is a plus

Washinton Residents: CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Sr. Facilities Manager position is $145,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Sr. Facilities Manager position is $165,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
