POSITION OVERVIEW
PMG is seeking a highly creative, strategic, and collaborative PR + Video Storytelling Strategist to join our growing team.
This role owns the development, capture, editing, and distribution of strategic video storytelling, which serves as a central pillar of PMG’s modern public relations and brand visibility campaigns. The PR + Video Storytelling Strategist works closely with clients, PMG leadership, and creative partners to translate communications strategies into compelling visual narratives that resonate across digital, social, and earned media platforms.
In addition to video production leadership, this role contributes to broader public relations initiatives including media pitching, story development, and strategic messaging. Video content produced in this role will often support earned media opportunities, executive storytelling, event coverage, and social media engagement.
The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in professional videography and video editing, paired with strategic communications instincts. Candidates with broadcast journalism, television production, or on-air media experience are especially encouraged to apply, as that background translates well to media training, executive messaging, and crisis communications support for PMG clients.
This role is ideal for a strategic communicator who is equally comfortable behind a camera, in an editing suite, and presenting creative storytelling ideas to clients.
The PR + Video Storytelling Strategist thrives in a fast-paced agency environment and brings a “Consider It Done” mindset to every project.
