Job Title: (Mid-Level) UX/UI Developer

Location: San Antonio, TX, USA/Remote

Duration: 11 months+

Contract Description:

• Design and implement UI/UX solutions for the modernization of the Operations Workstation and related brokerage tools.
• Translate complex brokerage workflows (e.g., DVP/RVP, cost basis, reconciliations) into intuitive and user-friendly UI designs.
• Collaborate with product managers and operations users to gather requirements, conduct usability testing, and refine prototypes.
• Build reusable UI components using frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.js, ensuring alignment with Fidelity’s design system.
• Develop interactive dashboards and responsive designs optimized for internal user personas, including trade analysts and operations associates.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Design, or a related field.
• 6-9 years of experience in UI/UX design and front-end development.
• Proficiency in front-end frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.js.
• Strong understanding of accessibility, performance, and cross-browser compatibility standards.
• Experience in conducting usability testing and refining prototypes based on user feedback.
