The Marketing Summer Helper provides hands-on support to the marketing team with a primary focus on preparing for and supporting the annual Dealer Meeting. This role is ideal for a reliable, energetic individual who enjoys physical work, event setup, and working as part of a team.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities:

Assist with drafting/planning more social content, organizing/planning/assist staff photographer/videographer in studio photography, supporting marketing campaign execution, and helping ensure all our channels remain fresh and ahead of the competition by engaging and researching multiple platforms.

Provide critical support in managing task organization, meeting preparation, and timeline tracking.

Assist in coordinating and planning catalog layout development, ensuring assets are properly gathered, organized, and delivered on schedule.

Help manage and prepare digital assets for POP materials, supporting to deliver timely, accurate, and visually consistent marketing resources.

Support research efforts by gathering insights on industry trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior.

Dealer Meeting Showcase aide and help in the planning and visual assets

Help coordinate logistics, support on-site needs, and assist in asset organization post-production

Assists with setup and teardown for the annual Dealer Meeting

Move, load, unload, and organize boxes, signage, displays, and marketing materials

Set up booths, banners, tables, products, and promotional displays as needed

Pack, label, and prepare materials for shipment to and from event locations

Maintain organization of marketing storage areas and inventory

Provide on-site support during events as needed

Assist the marketing team with general projects and tasks assigned

Follow all safety guidelines and proper lifting procedures at all times

Skills And Knowledge:

High School diploma or currently enrolled in college with an interest in Marketing preferred

Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and carrying up to 40 pounds or up to 90 pounds team lift

Knowledge with Adobe Suite a plus

Highly organized and effective in managing multiple priorities and deadlines

Positive attitude and willingness to help where needed

Dependable, punctual, and able to follow instructions

Strong teamwork skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Effective problem-solving skills

Ability to work in various environmental conditions such as in the office, in the warehouse, outside in hot or cold temperatures, in the water and/or multiple locations for events

Ability to travel and work long/extended hours when necessary, due to marketing events
