Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Biomedical Science, Biology, or Chemistry (Master's degree preferred)
- National Medical Technologist certification and Tennessee license (if applicable or eligible)
- Several years of progressive experience in laboratory management
- Demonstrated leadership in a hospital laboratory setting
