Work Winning Insolvency Director

JOB DESCRIPTION

An accountancy practice based in the South West is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Insolvency Practitioner to join their team to work from Worcester. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in work winning and a strong background in insolvency.

Responsibilities:

1. Managing a diverse caseload of corporate insolvency cases, including administrations, liquidations, and CVAs.
2. Liaising with creditors, debtors, and stakeholders to obtain information and update on case progress.
3. Contributing to the development of the firm’s business strategy.
4. Driving new business and securing new clients for the firm.
5. Delivering high-quality insolvency services to clients.

Requirements:

1. Proven track record in work-winning and business development.
2. Strong technical knowledge and expertise in insolvency.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Commercial awareness and a results-driven mindset.
