Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, OR equivalent experience in skilled trades.
  • Mission Critical / transformer / switchgear electrical power distribution system experience (transformers, generators, switchgear, UPS, PDU, transfer switches IE ATS/STS).
  • At least five years of experience in MEP or Electrical Power design, construction, or maintenance, with a strong electrical focus. Hyperscale Data Center experience strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency in understanding mission-critical electrical power distribution systems and mechanical systems.
  • Hyperscale data center construction experience is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to resolve technical and project-related issues effectively.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, matrix environment.
  • Ability to foster a positive and collaborative team atmosphere while maintaining discretion and confidentiality.

Supervisory Responsibilities

  • Directly supervise up to 5 team members, providing consistent feedback and support.
  • Lead, coach, and develop junior teams and ensure policy compliance in partnership with HR.
  • Identify training needs and work to address them collaboratively.
