What We Need
We are searching for a VP with strong leadership skills, who is goal‑oriented, and thrives in a fast‑paced environment. The candidate must have a proven track record of handling both terrestrial and digital sales, solid relationships in the political space, and the ability to establish and maintain strategic accounts, increase revenue, and grow political sales and strategy.
What You’ll Do
- Political sales and strategy to cover conservative causes and GOP candidates
- Make presentations to potential advertisers about the power of the iHeart platform
- Serve as a key advisor to political leads in various markets around the country
- Act as an iHeart brand ambassador
- Make introductions for the iHeart political vertical to potential political and issue advertisers
- Collaborate directly with the "progressive/blue" counterpart to devise bi‑partisan strategies
- Actively drive revenue onto the iHeart platform
- Participate in daily huddles, weekly meetings and travel extensively to iHeart events outside DC
- Act as our in‑house conservative policy and strategy advisor
- Manage the execution of external events at conservative meetings such as political conventions
What You’ll Need
- Must have completed a four‑year undergraduate program
- Must have campaign experience
- Must be highly organized, communicative, collaborative and mission‑oriented
- Must be sales‑focused and motivated to attend at least 10 external meetings every week

Compensation
Salary to be determined by multiple factors including but not limited to relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job‑related qualifications, and alignment with market data.
