Overview
The Director of Digital Workplace Services for End User Computing (EUC) and Service Desk leads the strategy and execution of digital workplace technologies. This role ensures employees have access to secure, reliable, and innovative tools while overseeing global service desk operations and driving continuous improvement.
Compensation
Base pay range: $95.00/hr - $100.00/hr

Work Arrangement
Hybrid – 3 days per week in office
Responsibilities
- Lead EUC strategy, including device management, security, and modernization
- Oversee service desk operations, performance metrics, and support channels
- Collaborate with HR, Facilities, and Cybersecurity teams to enhance user experience
- Manage vendor contracts, procurement, and technology budgets
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement through feedback and analytics
- Ensure compliance with data protection and IT governance standards
- Communicate with senior leadership and represent IT in cross-functional initiatives
Must-Haves
- 10+ years in IT operations, with 5+ years in EUC or service desk leadership
- ITIL frameworks
- Endpoint security and compliance
- Cloud productivity platforms (e.g., Microsoft 365, Google Workspace)
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience managing budgets and vendor relationships
Plusses
- Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or Business
- Experience with accessibility and inclusive technology design
- Background in global or multi-site environments
- Familiarity with change management and user adoption strategies
