Executive Director

Anchored Executive Search is helping one of our clients find an Executive Director for a beautiful CCRC in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

• Beautiful 60 Acre Campus! Community consists of IL, AL, Adult Day, and Skilled Nursing.
• This will be a new acquisition for my client; we're really looking for an exceptional candidate with CCRC experience and the higher-end strategy piece.
• There will be an LNHA or Assistant LNHA running the Skilled portion of the community. It would be ideal if the Executive Director was also a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator.
• The community here hasn't had stable leadership in some time; currently, the Executive Director and Nursing Home Administrator are interim.
• Open to candidates relocating if you have the CCRC experience.
• Compensation will be starting at $175k base salary.
