Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the summer program with support from the Site Directors.
- Interview, hire, train, and supervise program faculty and staff.
- Meet with the host school leads to schedule and create detailed plans for the summer.
- Collaborate with Site Directors.
- Oversee year‑round Power Up Academy.
- Coordinate student transportation.
Qualifications
- Experienced educator and administrator with a Bachelor's in Education.
- Over 5 years in program management, preferably in nonprofits.
- Strong in curriculum development, leadership, and team facilitation.
- Proficient in budgeting, program evaluation, and communication.
- Excellent organizational skills, problem‑solving abilities, and flexibility in working with diverse groups.
- Culturally competent.
