Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the summer program with support from the Site Directors.
  • Interview, hire, train, and supervise program faculty and staff.
  • Meet with the host school leads to schedule and create detailed plans for the summer.
  • Collaborate with Site Directors.
  • Oversee year‑round Power Up Academy.
  • Coordinate student transportation.

Qualifications

  • Experienced educator and administrator with a Bachelor's in Education.
  • Over 5 years in program management, preferably in nonprofits.
  • Strong in curriculum development, leadership, and team facilitation.
  • Proficient in budgeting, program evaluation, and communication.
  • Excellent organizational skills, problem‑solving abilities, and flexibility in working with diverse groups.
  • Culturally competent.
