Overview
This role is pivotal in ensuring high-quality patient care, financial performance, and strategic alignment with organizational goals.
Responsibilities
- Oversee care center operations, budgets, and financial performance (P&L/MLR accountability).
- Lead, coach, and develop Market and Operational Leaders.
- Ensure exceptional patient experience across locations.
- Act as liaison between care centers and clinical/executive leadership.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, VBC, HR, and other departments.
- Support regional growth, performance improvement, and strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bilingual in Spanish and English.
- 3+ years in healthcare operations; 2+ years managing multiple clinics.
- Proven leadership, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Familiarity with EMRs and healthcare technology platforms.
Additional Information
- Full-time role with regular local travel.
- Hybrid work model with on-site leadership presence required.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs and work in variable conditions as needed.
