You will be responsible for managing, planning, and supporting all IT areas including cybersecurity, network administration, backups, WAN, telecom, helpdesk, and end-user support. This covers hardware and system issues, including ERP and CRM. You will run diagnostic programs, research, and resolve technical problems with computer systems, hardware, or software. You will respond to calls, emails, and requests for technical support, documenting and tracking issues to ensure timely resolution. This role requires professionalism, a great attitude, good communication, and outstanding customer service.

Essential Functions:

• Optimize and maintain system hardware and software through proper configuration, maintenance, and monitoring.
• Maintain cybersecurity, disaster recovery, and business continuity to minimize data loss.
• Procure new equipment within budget.
• Identify new technologies that benefit the company.
• Provide data security using firewalls, passwords, multifactor authentication, and monitor network security for intrusions.
• Monitor server status, secure firewalls, and manage network data flow to avoid bottlenecks now and in the future.
• Oversee troubleshooting to maximize user uptime.
• Support all business software applications.
• Perform month-end and year-end processes on Dysel ELC or other software to ensure proper operation.
• Provide users with network and hardware technical support.

Other Duties:

• Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned.

Educational/Experience Requirements:

• BA in IT preferred with at least 7 years of experience.
• Solid knowledge of hardware, software, and database support.
• Strong background in Microsoft 365 and Exchange.
• Proficient in Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Microsoft NAV or other ERP systems.
• Advanced skills in Excel Visual Basic macros.
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.

Physical Job Demands:

• Work in office, server room, and occasionally noisy shop environments.
• Must be able to sit for long periods or stand and walk frequently.
• Able to bend, stoop, reach, squat, crawl in tight spaces, and maneuver under desks and equipment.
• Occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
