Crypto Execution Trader

Overview

Location: New York, Greenwich CT, or Chicago | 2–3 Years’ Experience

We are partnering with a leading global crypto asset trading firm to hire a Junior Execution Trader to join their high-performing institutional team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 2–3 years’ experience in institutional execution trading or client coverage who wants to deepen their exposure to crypto spot and derivatives markets.

The Role

You will sit at the intersection of trading and client coverage, executing trades and supporting institutional counterparties across spot and derivatives markets.

Key responsibilities include:

• Executing spot and derivatives trades with institutional counterparties
• Providing seamless client coverage during your regional trading hours
• Managing and resolving client inquiries in coordination with onboarding, operations, and treasury teams
• Supporting senior relationship managers with tailored client solutions and presentations
• Producing and sharing market insights across spot and options markets (macro and micro themes)

What We6re Looking For

• 2–3 years’ experience in institutional client coverage, execution, sales, or trading
• Strong interest in crypto and good understanding of digital asset market structure
• Basic knowledge of options and forward strategies
• Strong organisational skills and ability to work under pressure
• Entrepreneurial mindset with high ownership and urgency
• Technical skills: Python and familiarity with Git, SQL, Linux a plus
• Strong communication and presentation skills (PowerPoint proficiency expected)
• Fluent English (additional languages are a plus)
