CFO — PE-Backed Growth & Scale Leader

A high-growth private equity-backed organization in Louisiana is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the transformation and build out of its finance function. The CFO will serve as a strategic thought partner to the CEO and stakeholders while overseeing finance and accounting operations. The ideal candidate will have a CPA, strong leadership and ERP implementation experience, and a background in scaling financial systems in fast-paced environments.
