Experience and Skills:
- 8+ years of Salesforce development experience, with at least 5 years in Salesforce Einstein Analytics/Tableau CRM.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform, including objects, relationships, and permissions.
- Proficiency in Einstein Analytics tools such as dataflows, recipes, SOSL, SOQL, SAQL, JSON, and lenses.
- Experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and integrating external data sources.
- Familiarity with predictive analytics and machine learning principles (Einstein Discovery is a plus).
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Salesforce Einstein Analytics/Tableau CRM Certification is a plus.
- Knowledge of Tableau, Power BI, or other BI tools.
- Knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, REST APIs, and integration techniques.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Base Salary Range: $110,000 - $130,000 per annum.
