Attractive Pay
$140,000 to $155,000 salary, plus a quarterly incentive.

Responsibilities
- Ensure the care center is compliant with all regulations, laws, policies, and procedures.
- Educate all staff members about state, federal, and accreditation requirements (as applicable).
- Ensure that all services are billed as provided to the proper payor source.
- Direct weekly business development and management team meetings with appropriate staff and members of the medical community to promote home care services.
- Provide input, guidance, and feedback related to marketing activities and agency marketing plans to ensure growth goals are met.
- Assign and direct staff with appropriate skills to perform duties.
- Coach, direct, and encourage staff through formal and informal means.
- Analyze work processes and make suggestions for improvement.
- Be responsible for the care center’s financial and clinical performance and delivery of key metrics within the established budget.
- Make employment decisions for direct report staff, including hiring, firing, advancing, promoting, or changing status.
- Monitor and evaluate employee performance.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a clinical-related field.
- Three years of experience in leadership/management in health care, home health or hospice.
OR
- Five years of experience in leadership/management in health care, home health or hospice in lieu of a degree.
Preferred
- Current, unencumbered license to practice as a registered nurse or other health care professional specific to the state you are assigned to work.
- Master’s degree in business or a clinical-related field and licensed clinical professional.
- Experience in home health.
