Overview
The Plymouth Chamber of Commerce is seeking a dynamic, community-minded leader to serve as its next Executive Director. This is an exciting opportunity to champion local business, drive economic vitality, and serve as the public face of one of Sheboygan County’s most engaged business organizations.
Responsibilities
- Lead development and implementation of the Chamber’s Strategic Plan
- Build strong relationships with businesses, civic leaders, and community partners
- Oversee budgeting and financial management
- Plan and execute key community events and programming
- Lead marketing, communications, and tourism initiatives
- Manage staff and office operations
Qualifications
- Proven leadership in nonprofit management, business development, marketing, or related fields
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
- Experience working with a Board of Directors
- Financial oversight and organizational strength
- Passion for small business and community engagement
