Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Data & AI (advanced analytics, ML, cloud).
- Strong background in project management (PMI, Agile).
- Knowledge of modern data architectures (Data Lake, Data Mesh, Cloud DW).
- Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Familiarity with data engineering (ETL/ELT, pipelines).
- Leadership, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills.
- Experience with tools such as Databricks, Spark, Synapse, Snowflake, BigQuery, Power BI.
Nice to have
- Experience scaling Data & AI consulting teams.
- Background in both Agile and Waterfall environments.
- Innovation mindset and strong decision-making skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead Data & AI projects end-to-end, ensuring excellent delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Manage project planning, budgeting, KPIs, deliverables, risks, and escalations.
- Oversee talent planning, recruitment, and upskilling programs for technical and soft skills.
- Partner in commercial proposals and RFPs, presenting strategic capabilities to clients.
- Validate technical and economic proposals aligned to business goals.
