We’re expanding rapidly and looking for a high-performing Director of Sales & Training to lead our sales growth and help shape the next generation of top-performing logistics professionals.

Position Overview

We’re seeking a driven and experienced Sales Director who can both bring in new business and train our team to close more deals. This is a leadership role for someone who understands the logistics and freight brokerage industry inside out, can build shipper relationships from scratch, and can coach a team to replicate that success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead sales strategy and new business development for U.S. shippers and carriers
  • Identify, contact, and close new shipper accounts across all freight modes
  • Build, train, and mentor sales representatives ( teams)
  • Develop and implement sales scripts, email templates, and pitch strategies
  • Analyze sales performance and implement improvement plans
  • Work closely with operations and carrier teams to ensure service excellence
  • Represent Nav Logistics Inc. professionally with clients and partners

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in freight brokerage / 3PL sales
  • Proven record of closing new shipper accounts and increasing company revenue
  • Strong leadership and training experience
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Must reside in the United States (background check & drug test required)

Compensation

Salary: $50,000 – $90,000/year (Based on experience + performance)
