Responsibilities

• Own, build, and run the startup in TechBio.
• Embark on a development journey crafted by unicorn founders.
• Hire talent through our network of over 50,000 professionals.
• Coaching to prepare for multi‑million funding.
• Iterate product to product‑market‑fit and support sales and marketing.
• 1:1 sparring with unicorn founders weekly.

Requirements

• Based in Europe, Americas, or open to relocate.
• Willing to take full responsibility for your own startup and scale it to €100M+ in revenues.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
