Overview
We’re seeking an exceptional EVP, Client Partner Lead to be a key relationship owner and strategic architect for one of the industry’s most dynamic mobile brands. This senior leadership role drives growth through the development of high-level strategic plans and the effective management of cross functional teams including paid media, owned digital, CRM, creative, and commerce solutions. You’ll influence senior clients through your deep knowledge of the marketing ecosystem and your ability to pinpoint breakthrough strategies to solve client problems. You’ll inspire teams through your collaborative mindset, problem solving skills, and passion for your craft.
Responsibilities
- Account Leadership: Helping craft the vision, orchestrating the resources and stewarding the execution for our client across paid media, analytics, CRM, investment, creative, and commerce disciplines
- Client Service: Actively establishing and growing senior-level client relationships, and leveraging these relationships to identify and convert business growth
- Business Acumen: Maintaining a strong understanding of the business dynamics for our client, their key partners, economic realities and adapting customer needs
- Strategic Vision: Delivering cohesive and compelling narratives via client presentations and sharing a point of view that is insightful, concise, and well-articulated
- Cross-Selling: Identify and execute cross-sell opportunities within Publicis Groupe's media and data capabilities (Epsilon, Apex, etc.) and broader experience opportunities (social, etc.)
- Connected Thinking: Connecting to the broader account, agency and Groupe teams to identify practices and solutions that apply to the business
- P&L Management: Drive profit & loss including SOW management, annual commitments, and identifying new business growth opportunities within mobile media
- Talent Development: Investing in team member growth through training and building a team bench by recruiting best-in-class talent and diverse perspectives
Qualifications
Required Experience
- 15+ years of integrated marketing experience: Proven track record delivering marketing, media, and technology solutions within scaled marketing organization
- Integrated Team Orchestration: Experience within an IAT model playing a critical role to foster collaboration across various disciplines to deliver unified campaigns
- Large Account Management: History managing complex, multi-channel, multi-million-dollar accounts with C-suite client relationships
Essential Capabilities
- Strategic Vision: Ability to craft comprehensive business solutions from broad client objectives
- Team Leadership: Experience managing large, cross-functional teams (200+ agency, 40+ client stakeholders)
- Data-First Mentality: Strong foundation in data-driven audience strategy, channel planning, measurement, and optimization
- Project Management: Proven ability managing multiple campaigns simultaneously through full project lifecycles
- Executive Communication: Exceptional presentation skills, translating marketing complexity into clear strategic narratives for C-level executives

Compensation Range: $285,000 - $300,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
