The Role

The company is hiring a senior Growth / Demand Generation leader to own and rebuild its marketing engine for a rapidly scaling business unit. This is not a maintenance role — it’s about fixing what’s broken, building scalable lead generation systems, and driving measurable pipeline growth. The use of AI will be paramount to this role's success!

What You’ll Do

• Own the full growth funnel end-to-end
• Create and test high-converting ad creative, landing pages, and messaging
• Build AI-powered marketing automation systems (HubSpot, Clay)
• Manage a $1M+ annual marketing budget
• Drive SEO, generative search optimization, and digital visibility
• Continuously test, optimize, and scale performance channels

What Success Looks Like

• Increased qualified pipeline
• Lower CAC and improved conversion rates
• Scalable systems that drive consistent lead flow

Ideal Background

• 5–7 years in growth, demand gen, or performance marketing primarily in startup environments
• Experience managing $1M+ budgets
• Hands-on copywriting and campaign execution experience
• Proven lead generation results (data-driven)
• Strong fluency in AI tools for automation and creative production
• Comfortable moving fast, testing often, and owning results
