Job Overview

Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy, development and execution of high‑impact marketing and business development campaigns aligned with the Firm’s or a legal department’s strategic goals.
- Collaborate across the Clients & Markets department, Firm leadership and cross‑functional teams to define objectives, target audiences, allocate budgets and baseline market perceptions.
- Obtain approval of campaign outlines, primary messaging, vehicles and timing before launch.
- Develop and deliver sector‑specific campaigns that showcase the firm’s deep understanding of industry trends and priorities.
- Manage the implementation of external campaigns across digital, print, interpersonal and other channels in coordination with Visual Communications, Digital, Communications, Media/PR and other allies.
- Oversee production and refreshing of all campaign assets and leverage thought‑leadership materials.
- Control campaign spend, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize impact.
- Establish and track campaign metrics (market perception, audience engagement, budget performance, ROI) and report to Firm leadership.
- Use data and analytics tools to monitor client and industry trends and refine future campaigns.
- Create client‑focused and industry‑specific playbooks and best‑practice guides.
- Partner with Pursuits and Pricing teams to shape strategic RFP responses and key account strategies.
- Maintain adherence to Firm standards, stay updated on trends and technologies, and drive innovation in campaign relevance.
- Assist with proactively supporting client service through the firm’s Service Excellence initiative.
Qualifications
- Strong independent thinking and execution with mature professional judgment.
- Demonstrated experience managing project teams and securing stakeholder alignment.
- Excellent multitasking and project management skills; ability to handle multiple deadlines and changing criteria.
- Exemplary oral and written communication skills, including presentation and professional editing.
- Demonstrable analytic, organizational and visionary skills.
- Experience in a fast‑paced environment with high attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to handle sensitive matters and maintain confidentiality.
- Extensive working knowledge of Microsoft Suite; Foundation and InterAction preferred.
- “Can do” attitude with colleagues, internal clients and external partners.
Required Experience
- Minimum of eight+ years of experience in a legal, technology, management or market analysis environment.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree required.
