Job Title: Medical Science Liaison (MSL)

Location: Finland (Remote)

We are seeking an experienced Medical Science Liaison (MSL) to join a leading global pharmaceutical organisation on a fixed term contract through to the end of 2026. This is a fully remote, field-based role covering Finland.

Therapeutic Focus

The role currently supports both:

• Oncology

While experience across both areas is highly valued, Neuroscience expertise is considered the priority. Candidates with strong experience in either therapy area will be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted scientific relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and healthcare professionals across Finland
• Provide high-quality scientific exchange aligned with company strategy
• Support medical strategy execution at a local level
• Deliver clinical and scientific presentations to external stakeholders
• Gather and communicate medical insights from the field to internal teams
• Collaborate cross-functionally with commercial, regulatory and global medical colleagues

Candidate Profile

• Previous experience as an MSL within the pharmaceutical industry
• Strong scientific background in Neuroscience and/or Oncology
• Established KOL network within Finland preferred
• Fluent Finnish and English required
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Able to work autonomously in a remote, field-based environment
