They’re hiring their first true Head of Growth to:
- Define positioning and ICP
- Build a predictable acquisition funnel
- Scale the highest-ROI channel
- Partner directly with the CEO
This is a hands‑on role for someone who has actually built a SaaS growth motion, not just managed one.
$150K–$180K
