Through Acadomi, we are growing our organization and providing hands‑on training, mentorship, and growth opportunities. Recent graduate candidates will work full‑time with seasoned recruiters and account executives to gain a foundation in the IT industry – from recruiting best practices to account management. After completing the program, you will hit the market in our DMV office.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in a 2‑month training program with experienced recruiters and account executives to boost your career in IT recruiting.
- Work closely with a team lead to perfect your skills in sourcing, interviewing, and submitting candidates.
- Gain experience in cold calling, interacting, and prospecting new business.
- Build a foundation for Optomi’s recruiting and sales process to eventually move into an account executive role.
What does an Account Executive do for Optomi?
- Connect with clients and companies to learn about their business needs and problems through calls, meetings, coffees, lunches, etc.
- Develop strong partnerships with key clients by informing them who Optomi is and how we can be the ideal partner.
- Be the point‑of‑contact for all hiring needs between the client and recruiting team (feedback, updates, coordination, etc.).
- Maintain and constantly develop your own book of business through excellent written and verbal communication with clients.
Basic Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
