Executive Director, Dialysis Services – Registered Nurse

HealthCare Support is seeking an Executive Director, Dialysis Services – Registered Nurse to be part of a nationally recognized teaching hospital and a comprehensive network of outpatient centers dedicated to delivering exceptional, patient-centered care throughout San Antonio, TX

Compensation

• $106K - $228K annually (depending on experience)
• Health w/HSA or FSA, prescription, dental, vision benefit options
• Paid Time Off Summary including PTO, Sick Time, Floating, Holidays, etc.
• 401(k)

Daily Responsibilities

• Provides strategic leadership, administrative oversight, and clinical direction, encompassing renal clinic operations, adult and pediatric inpatient acute programs, outpatient hemodialysis clinics, home dialysis modalities, and jail-based dialysis services

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Texas
• BSN required
• AHA BLS Healthcare Provider or Instructor card
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Clinical nurse supervisor, Charge nurse, Administrator, Director of dialysis unit
• Experience with operations and compliance
• Multi-site leadership experience required
• Exposure to multiple dialysis modalities
