Location: Wakefield, MA – Hybrid

Compensation: $175K - $300K DOE

Requirement: CPA w/ 15+ years of Public Accounting Experience, Individual, Trusts, & Estates experience

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Partner/Principal to lead our Individual, Trusts & Estates practice. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of tax regulations and compliance, along with the ability to provide strategic guidance to clients in managing their tax obligations and estate planning needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Individual, Trusts & Estates tax practice.
• Provide expert advice on tax compliance and planning strategies for individuals, trusts, and estates.
• Develop and maintain client relationships to understand their tax and estate planning needs.
• Oversee the preparation and review of tax returns for clients.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior staff in tax-related matters.
• Stay updated on the latest tax laws and regulations affecting individual and estate taxation.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in tax compliance and planning, specifically in individual, trusts, estates.
• Master of Science in Taxation (MST) preferred.
• Proven track record in managing client relationships and delivering high-quality service.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
