What will you be doing?
- Preparation/review of all international tax aspects of the U.S. Consolidated Income Tax Return, including Forms 5471, 5472, 8858 and 8865, including computation of E&P adjustments and income sourcing.
- Preparation/review of quarterly provision and E&P projections measuring the U.S. tax impact of foreign operations (Sub F & GILTI)
- Assist in the preparation/review of consolidated U.S. income tax returns, including foreign tax credit.
- Assist in the preparation/review of Forms 1042-S and 1120-F, including disclosure of treaty-based return positions.
- Develop and manage compliance processes to include reconciliation of financial information/related party transactions, electronic workpapers, appropriate documentation, and efficient use of tax software.
- Computation of Section 988 gains/losses related to intercompany notes, including developing procedures to identify and track these items.
- Preparation/review of tax computations associated with derivatives and financial instruments.
- Identify requirements for, and assist in the preparation/review of, tax return statements and disclosures
- Report to the International Tax Planning & Strategy Director
