Manager/Director of Finance – US Operations
An exciting pharma is looking for an experienced Finance Manager/Director to oversee their US finance operations. This is a hands‑on role reporting to the Head of Operations (US) and collaborating closely with the CFO in China .
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage US finance operations including FP&A, compliance, tax, and budgeting.
- Drive cross‑border financial reporting and alignment between US and global teams.
- Hands‑on controller role managing budget allocation, resource planning, and financial oversight.
- Partner with global stakeholders to ensure consistent finance processes and reporting standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of finance experience , with at least 3 years in a management role .
- Experience as a Finance Director or equivalent.
- Experience working with US and international/global companies .
- Background in pharma or biotech preferred but open to strong candidates from other industries.
- Strong understanding of finance operations, FP&A, compliance, and tax.
- Mandarin speaker based in Boston, MA .
