Director of Finance / Controller (CFO‑Track) Full‑Time | On‑Site (Greenwood & Fishers, IN) $115,000–$140,000 + Bonus
A growing multi‑location healthcare practice is seeking a Director of Finance / Controller to lead its internal finance function and serve as a strategic partner to ownership. This role blends hands‑on accounting leadership with forward‑looking financial strategy — and includes a pathway to CFO for the right candidate.
What You’ll Lead
- Full month‑end close across multiple entities
- GAAP financials, dashboards, and KPI reporting
- Revenue cycle oversight & leakage reduction
- Budgeting, forecasting, and 13‑week cash flow
- Internal controls, SOPs, and process improvement
- Integration of EHR/practice management data
- Training managers to understand P&Ls and KPIs
What You Bring
- 5–10+ years in accounting/finance (Controller or strong Assistant Controller)
- Healthcare or multi‑location experience preferred
- Strong GL discipline and month‑end ownership
- QuickBooks Online + advanced Excel
- Ability to build dashboards from imperfect systems
