Job Summary
ReGenesis Health Care is seeking an experienced Director of Finance to provide strategic financial leadership and oversee budgeting, forecasting, revenue cycle management, financial reporting, compliance, and internal controls. Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), this role drives financial performance and supports executive decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead annual budgeting, long-range financial planning, and forecasting processes.
- Oversee healthcare revenue cycle operations including billing, collections, and reimbursement.
- Ensure GAAP compliance and adherence to federal, state, and local regulations.
- Manage cash flow forecasting and capital planning initiatives.
- Develop and maintain strong internal controls and risk mitigation strategies.Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Provide financial modeling and strategic analysis to executive leadership.
- Supervise and mentor finance and accounting team members.
- Coordinate annual external audits and compliance reviews.
- Drive process improvements for financial accuracy and operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 7–10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Healthcare finance and revenue cycle experience required.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial systems proficiency.
- Strong analytical, strategic planning, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- CPA, CMA, or other accounting certification preferred.
- Experience with grant funding and federal program compliance.
- Experience with Sage Intacct and leading financial system implementations.
