Job Description

The Worship & Production Director creates and cultivates a worship culture that leads more people to become more like Jesus. This role will provide leadership, vision, and oversight for both worship and media environments that help Radiant Church and The Salt Company (our college ministry) engage people with the gospel in compelling and Christ-centered ways. This person will recruit, develop, and disciple musicians, vocalists, and production volunteers while ensuring that all worship gatherings are spiritually vibrant, theologically rich, and excellent. In addition, they will oversee media, production, and communication strategies that help Radiant communicate clearly and effectively to the church, the campus, and the city. As a growing and multiplying church, this role will require flexibility and a willingness to serve in multiple areas of ministry as needed.

Primary Responsibilities

Worship Leadership

• Lead and oversee weekend worship services and Salt Company gatherings
• Create worship environments that are engaging, gospel-centered, and conducive to corporate singing
• Select and develop songs that are theologically sound and accessible
• Plan services in collaboration with the Lead Pastor and ministry staff
• Lead rehearsals and cultivate a culture of spiritual preparation and excellence
• Develop future worship leaders and build depth on the team
• Schedule volunteers in planning center for Sunday worship and Salt Company gatherings

Team Development & Discipleship

• Recruit, train, and disciple musicians, vocalists, and production volunteers
• Create clear pathways for leadership development
• Shepherd team members spiritually and relationally
• Foster unity, humility, and ownership within the team

Media & Production

• Oversee sound, lighting, visuals, and livestream environments
• Ensure high-quality and distraction-free production
• Lead and develop serve teams in audio, video, lighting, and tech
• Oversee media strategy including online presence, video, and digital communication
• Help Radiant communicate its vision clearly to the church, campus, and community

• Communicate and champion the vision of Radiant Church and The Salt Company
• Align worship and media with the broader mission and values of the church
• Help shape the culture of Radiant toward gospel clarity, excellence, and mission
