This role serves as a key partner to Regional Directors of Patient Access and the Associate Vice President ensuring alignment between enterprise strategy, operational execution, and patient-centered access to care.**Essential Job Duties**Lead executive of patient access strategic priorities and enterprise initiativesProvide operational oversight for assigned patient care regionsServe as a strategic advisor to Regional Directors of Patient AccessChampion patient-centered access and equity across regionsEnsure standardization and consistency of access workflows and performanceMonitor and improve access KPIs including scheduling timeliness, registration accuracy, and financial clearanceIdentify operational risks and implement corrective action plansPartner with clinical, revenue cycle, digital, and IT leadersSupport workforce development, engagement, and successional planningProvide data-driven insights and recommendations to the AVPReduce operational escalations to executive leadershipFoster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvementStrategic partnership with with Ambulatory, MCVP, and other key stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of strategic priorities and operational excellence**Employment Qualifications****Required Education:**Bachelor’s Degree Healthcare Administration; Business Administration Finance, Accounting or closely related field.**Preferred Education:**Master’s Degree Healthcare Administration; Business Administration Finance, Accounting or closely related field.**Licensure/Certification Preferred:**Certified Healthcare Access Manager preferred**Years and Type of Required Experience**Required: 10 years related experience including 5 years of supervisory /management work experienceEEO Employer/Disabled/Protected Veteran/41 CFR 60-1.4.
