Van Chevrolet Cadillac Subaru is growing our Collision Center and is actively seeking an experienced Collision / Body Shop Estimator to join our team in Kansas City, Missouri. This is a high-income opportunity for a motivated professional who can accurately assess vehicle damage, write thorough estimates, and deliver an outstanding customer experience. Inspect vehicles and assess collision and body damage Prepare accurate and complete repair estimates using CCC One Communicate repair process, cost, and timelines to customers Work directly with insurance companies and adjusters Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient repair flow Maintain proper documentation and compliance standards Manage repair status and customer follow-up Contribute to cycle time efficiency and overall shop profitability Qualifications
Prior experience as a Collision Estimator required Dealership or DRP experience preferred Strong knowledge of automotive repair procedures Proficiency with CCC One estimating software Strong communication and customer service skills High level of organization and urgency Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Valid driver's license with clean driving record Compensation & Benefits
