Trophy Nissan is seeking a Sales Porter to support our busy sales department in Mesquite, Texas, serving the DallasFort Worth market. This role is ideal for a dependable, detail-oriented individual who takes pride in organization, vehicle presentation, and supporting the sales team. Sales Porters play a key role in first impressions, lot readiness, and daily sales operations. Trophy Nissan is a high-volume dealership with a strong sales operation and experienced leadership. We provide consistent hours, clear expectations, and opportunities to grow within the dealership for individuals who demonstrate reliability and a strong work ethic. As a Sales Porter, you will assist with vehicle movement, lot organization, and inventory presentation to ensure our sales department operates efficiently and professionally. You will help maintain a clean, organized lot and support the sales team throughout the day. Key responsibilities include: Move vehicles safely throughout the dealership and sales lot Maintain organization and cleanliness of new and used vehicle inventory Assist with vehicle preparation, staging, and presentation Keep inventory lined, parked correctly, and ready for display Support sales staff with vehicle location and movement Perform basic vehicle checks and ensure vehicles are presentable Follow all safety and dealership procedures Qualifications and experience include: Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record Ability to operate automatic and manual transmission vehicles Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Prior porter, lot attendant, or automotive experience preferred Compensation and benefits include: Competitive hourly pay Consistent full-time schedule Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid vacation Employee discounts Opportunities for advancement within the dealership Trophy Nissan values team members who show up, take pride in their work, and support the success of the team.
