Golf Shop Attendant- Keyholder
Join our amazing team as a Golf Shop Attendant- Key Holder. This position serves as the primary point of contact for guests, always ensuring exceptional customer service. Oversee and execute proper facility opening and closing procedures. Accurately process guest fees, coordinate tee time reservations, and maintain product displays. Support the Golf Operations Manager in daily operations and assist with the training of new and current staff. Work hours may vary according to seasonal operational needs; evening and weekend shifts may be required. Pay & Schedule:
$17.50 - $18.25 per hour (DOQ) This is a seasonal, non-exempt position, Monday-Friday: 6:00 AM-1:00 PM or 1:00 PM-7:00 PM. Saturday-Sunday: 6:00 AM-1:00 PM or 1:00 PM-7:00 PM Duties & Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service to all guests to ensure a quality golf experience. Perform golf shop opening and closing procedures. Coordinate with indoor and outdoor staff to maintain efficient flow of day-to-day operations. Process guest transactions in accordance with operating procedures through proficient use of point-of-sales software and pre-paid card system; daily fee, rental, retail sales processing, program registration. Answers telephones in accordance with customer service standards; directs inquiries to the appropriate individual as needed. Assist the Golf Operations Manager with training new or current staff Support the Assistant Golf Professional in the golf shop merchandising operation; process, maintain product displays, inventories, and supplies. Follow rules and regulations that govern golf course usage and safety procedures. Perform general administrative support functions as assigned. Properly informs manager or supervisor of any decisions, problems, and/or occurrences that require attention. Report any work-related or patron injuries or incidents to manager or supervisor; report unsafe conditions to manager or supervisor and correct if appropriate; complete incident/accident report forms as needed. Complete assignments/projects in a timely manner. Perform all job tasks in a safe manner. Perform other duties as assigned. Benefits:

Qualifications: Previous customer service and supervisory experience. Knowledge of golf is preferred. 18 years or older. Skills & Abilities: Provide Positive Customer Service Computer point of sale software proficiency Communicate effectively both orally and in writing Problem solving Active listening Perform basic math for sales transaction handling. CPR/AED Certification or ability to obtain within three (3) months of hire Knowledge: Golf-specific point-of-sale software experience preferred Basic understanding of rules and etiquette of golf Physical Requirements:
