Qualifications Individuals with 3+ years of experience as an Automotive Service Advisor, Service Writer, or in Automotive Sales Have a valid driver's license Individuals who are comfortable working in a performance-based environment where a portion of their compensation is tied to sales targets and KPIs Individuals who have high energy and are consistently punctual in a fast-paced shop environment Individuals who demonstrate mental toughness and coachability As a Service Writer, you are the primary link between the shop floor and the customer.
