Title Support Representative

Coworx Staffing Services is looking to add a committed and meticulous Customer Service Representative to our Title Management team. You will be in charge of managing a large number of incoming and outgoing calls, helping clients with title management questions, resolving problems, and accurately processing title documentation in this high-volume call center setting. Strong attention to detail, outstanding communication skills, and a dedication to delivering a smooth and satisfying experience are all necessary for this position. Responsibilities

In a busy setting, manage a large number of incoming and outgoing calls to help clients with title-related questions and requests. Handle releases, reassignments, title transfers, and other paperwork in accordance with business and state regulations. Investigate, record, and monitor cases until title problems are addressed. Give clients accurate and comprehensive information regarding title procedures, rules, and specifications. Work together with government agencies, financial institutions, dealerships, and internal divisions to gather and confirm information. Utilize our Loan and Title Management platforms to meticulously enter data, update records, and monitor case progress. Ensure that all title-related tasks are completed appropriately and on schedule by adhering to corporate policies, processes, and regulatory compliance standards. Desired Background/Skills

A high school degree or its equivalent; further training or certification in a relevant discipline is advantageous. Demonstrated expertise in title management, customer service, or a similar profession; prior experience in a busy, fast-paced call center is also encouraged. Outstanding communication skills, both in writing and speaking. Outstanding accuracy, precision, and adherence to exacting protocols. Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to manage complicated or complicated situations. Expertise with Microsoft Office Suite, title management software, and CRM systems. The capacity to prioritize work and efficiently manage time in a high-demand setting. It is advantageous to be familiar with state standards and title processing procedures. Other Information
